If you’ve visited Girl Meets Butter before, you may have noticed things look a little different. And I have my very own domain name. And apparently site redirect really does work!! Yeah! I thought it was time for a little update/upgrade since I’ve really been enjoying this whole experience. Hope you like the new look!
I am happy to report we are now in full on fall mode here in Wisconsin. Leaves are just starting to turn and the weather is beautiful. I am trying to soak up as much of it while it lasts. I am also trying to cram in as many pumpkin recipes as I possibly can. I tried out a recipe from a magazine I purchased a month or so ago. The magazine is 100 Best Pumpkin Recipes put out by Better Homes & Gardens. I am a total sucker for these magazines. These were simple to throw together and were delicious as dessert or breakfast. Yeah, cake for breakfast. That’s how I roll. Grab the magazine or if you are a member on bhg.com you can get the recipe for these Glazed Pumpkin-Pecan Cakes.
The cakes have a bit of orange zest in the batter and orange juice in the glaze which I happen to love.
I can’t wait to try more recipes from this magazine (and the 10 other magazines I have from past purchases)!
